About the presentation:
Ever wonder which mushrooms are safe to eat, and which ones will send you to the emergency room? We will look at the important edible species in our area, and some of the poisonous ones. As we tour through some of the various coastal habitats, we will get a sense of the enormous diversity and beauty of our coastal fungi. This talk will be engaging and informative for everyone from the novice mushroom hunter to the seasoned pro.
Our Community Meetings are free, open to the public, and offer a hybrid format- we’d love to see you either in-person or online via zoom!
